Happy Halloween! Updated: November 1st, 2006 (RSS) Yesterday was our first Halloween in the new house, and it was pretty cool. MeLisa dressed up as a reindeer (mostly because she wanted to buy some footy pajamas) and I wore the imaginative costume of "dude in sweatpants and a t-shirt". We got a TON of trick-or-treaters though... we basically ran out of candy before the end of the night. Best costume was definitely the kid dressed as a giant Gameboy. Worst costume goes to the random handful of kids who simply didn't dress up at all. And the weirdest moment award goes to the little girl that checked out the mail in our mailbox and then (after being given a handful of candy) reached up and grabbed the candy basket because she wanted more. She didn't say anything, but she had this desperate look in her eyes like "I need the candy, bitch! GIVE ME THAT CANDY!!"
