Hells yes, eBay! Updated: October 19th, 2006 (RSS) With Christmas fast approaching, MeLisa and I decided to make a little extra money by selling some of our old stuff on eBay. DVD's, videogames, CD's, whatever... basically anything that we didn't use anymore and seemed like it might fetch a couple of bucks was put on auction. I expected some of the items to sell well.... the complete Samurai Champloo series, or Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex for example. These are multiple DVD sets of fairly popular series, I'm not shocked to see that they sold for a decent amount of money. This, however, definitely came as a shock. Fist of the North Star sold for $70.56. One DVD... that I probably spent $19 on at a Suncoast video at the mall. It may be a little old (probably bought it in 2000?), but otherwise I don't think there is anything special about it. I don't understand it, but I'm definitely not complaining....
