Los Angeles vacation - Day 3
May 19th, 2005
My first day at E3! It was awesome... sensory overload. Below are some of the many pictures MeLisa and I took while on the floor
Our first stop was the Nintendo booth.
While in the Nintendo area, I got my hands on the new GBA Micro. Very tiny, very cool... but not sure why someone would buy one now that the DS and PSP are available.
MeLisa playing Nintendogs.
Nintendo had some cool downloads available for the DS too. MeLisa grabbed the Zelda trailer, while I got the Electroplankton demo.
From there we headed over to the Sony area where I finally got to play some PSP games.
Uh, yeah... for the record, men should never ever take part in any kind of cosplay activities.
Mmmm... booth babes...
PSO Universe looked pretty cool. Only played it for a few minutes, but I will definitely pick it up whenever Sega finally releases it.
The Namco booth was full of Pac-Man stuff, in celebration of his 25th anniversary.
MeLisa was a big fan of the new Pac'n Roll game for the DS.
The Square Enix area.
Square had some kick-ass FF7 toys on display.
I didn't get a chance to play Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, but it looked pretty awesome. Hopefully I will get some time with it tomorrow.
The new Xbox 360. Surprisingly, the Microsoft booth wasn't that cool... not a lot of new games ready for display, I guess.
Yeah, I am definitely buying this game.
MeLisa playing with a touch-sensitive Lucas Arts, um... thingy.
All in all, it was a great first day, but there's still a lot left to cover. There'll be more pics here tomorrow
The End.
